He has strong personal and professional commitment to sustainable design, advanced building and Low Impact Development (LID) technologies and faithful code implementation. John has been actively involved with USGBC and their LEED® rating and certification process.

Mr. Alajov is responsible for developing the civil engineering Practice in line with the overall business and strategic vision of the Corporation. In the role of Practice Head, he is required to direct important client engagements and to ensure that projects are aligned to the client’s goals and agenda.

Mr. Alajov is active member of American Society of Civil Engineers (ASCE) and the American Council of Engineering Companies (ACEC) - Los Angeles chapters. John is a founding member of the Architectural Engineering Institute of ASCE.
